Future Workforce Training

The future of work is already here, and it includes skilled trades like HVAC and plumbing right alongside AI. Carnell Couch Foundation partners with programs already doing this work, so people of all backgrounds can find nontraditional paths to a career, whatever that looks like for them.

What We Do

We don’t run the training ourselves. We build relationships with trade schools, apprenticeship programs, and alternative education providers already training people in AI and skilled trades, and we help connect people in our community to the right one for them.
